All lighting products carry a 90 day manufacturer backed replacement warranty against manufacturer defects. 

In the event that you have a problem with a product whether it be defective, damaged, or an installation problem please download the claim form at the bottom of the page and fill it out.  Once you have completed the form please e-mail it to us at kkoinc@yahoo.com with subject of "service claim". We will also need you to e-mail digital pictures of the problem to support the claim.  Please allow 24 hours for the claim to be recieved and reviewed and you will recieve a claim number as well as the name of the represenative assigned to your case.
